E-Distribution can provide you with complete turnkey systems providing procurement, construction, engineering, and permitting in one package.

Engineering – E-Distribution provides complete sets of approval drawings for our turn key project. Approvals provide the customer a snap shot of the finished layout with dimensions. This phase will eliminate most of the mistakes in the bidding phase. A complete set of engineered stamped calculations for the state the project is located in.

Project Management – The overall management of the project will be left to the E-Distribution project manager. All schedules, shipment of materials, transportation, and direction of the field crews will be guided by the project manager in communication with the owner or General Contractor.

Installation Management – The installer for the project whether it is done in house or sub contracted will be directly managed on a day to day basis. The owner will be able to sufficiently see progress through the use of daily reports, % of completion reports and sign off sheets. The use of AIA invoicing and retainage keeps the focus on finishing the project in a timely manner without mistake.
